Blood test services (phlebotomy) are available Monday to Friday with our trained phlebotomists.
Bloods are sent to Awanui Laboratory for analysis. Results are then reviewed by your doctor and are made available to enrolled patients via ManageMyHealth.
With the exception of some specialised tests, most lab results are available within a week.
Most laboratory tests are free to New Zealand residents (there may be a charge for some laboratory tests).
As there is no laboratory in Wanaka, a blood draw fee will apply for all New Zealand citizens who are not registered patients of Aspiring Medical.
Blood Draw and Laboratory testing charges apply for non-New Zealand citizens.
