Aspiring Medical Centre has been approved by Immigration New Zealand to complete New Zealand Immigration Medicals and is the only provider of New Zealand Immigration Medicals in Wanaka.
To make an appointment for an immigration medical, there are 2 STEPS that you need to complete:
Step One: Complete the online casual enrolment form: HERE please complete this as a casual patient
Step Two: Complete the online New Zealand Immigration form HERE
Once you have completed both online forms, please phone reception on 03 4430725 and ask for “immigration bookings”, a team member will then book an appointment for you on a suitable date. Please be aware you will be required to pay for the medical when you phone to book, this can be with a credit or debit card (a surcharge will apply). The costs are:

We will then send you an email confirming your appointment time and what to expect PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THIS EMAIL AS IT DOES CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please bring your passport to your Immigration Medical Appointment, we cannot do your medical without your original passport (a copy is not acceptable).
- If you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required - no refund will be provided if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours.
