When you want to book an appointment on the same day, our reception staff will book you in for a Triage call. The triage call is a short (5 minutes or less) call back to briefly discuss your concerns. The great news is that if your concerns can be resolved over the phone in this triage call, we can save you the trouble and reduce the expense of coming in for an appointment.
This service is particularly convenient for arranging ACC medical certificates, as well as resolving other health concerns. If an appointment is required, the clinician can arrange this for you.
The aim of this service is to ensure that unwell patients are seen quickly, whilst ensuring those who do not need to be seen in person can access convenient, high-quality, cost-effective medical care.
A charge of $25 will be applied to triage calls for registered patients. If you need to attend an appointment in person within that day from this triage call, this fee will be deducted from your consult charge.
