If, you require urgent on the day care, please contact our reception team on 03 4430725. If you are a registered patient of the practice our reception team may book you in for a triage call.
A triage call is a short (5 minutes or less) call back from one of our clinical team to briefly discuss your concerns. Your concern maybe resolved over the phone in this triage call or the Clinician will arrange for your to be seen by one of our team either that day or at another time.
A charge of $30 will be applied to triage calls for registered patients. If the clinician issues you are script from this triage call a charge of $40.00 will apply. If you need to attend an appointment in person within a few days from this triage call, this fee will be deducted from your consult charge.
