I studied medicine at the University of Otago, graduating in 2019. After my junior doctor years at Dunedin Hospital, I began training in Rural Hospital Medicine, working across General Surgery, General Medicine, Intensive Care, and at Dunstan Hospital, before moving into General Practice. I’ve also spent time travelling and working in Emergency Medicine in Australia.

I enjoy the mix of variety and continuity in rural general practice — balancing acute care with building long‑term relationships with patients. I have a particular interest in sexual health, including contraception, STI screening, PEP and PrEP prescribing, and supporting LGBTQ+ patients with inclusive, affirming care.

Outside of work, I love basketball, walking my greyhound, skiing, travelling, reading by the lake, and spending time in nature.
