Aspiring Medical will be upgrading their computer Patient Management system over the weekend of 14 and 15 May 2022.
Like with any new system, our team may take a little longer to process your request. We would appreciate your understanding and patience whilst we come to grips our new system.
Our patient portal, ConnectMed will be unavailable from 4:30pm Friday 13 May until a few days after the upgrade. If you have had a log-in to ConnectMed you will be sent an email welcoming you to the upgraded portal. Please follow the instructions on the email sent to your ConnectMed to log-in to the new patient portal.
With the new ConnectMed Portal you will be able to:
- book and view past appointments,
- order prescriptions,
- view lab results, allergies, and immunisations.
The secure messaging facility will be unavailable for the first few weeks of the system being live. We will update you as soon as this is up and running.
