Gen Pro is asking for your support to complete a short survey. The purpose of the survey is to gather feedback on patient preferences regarding general practice services, including both face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
You feed back will support Gen Pro to:-
- Help shape the future of General Practice
- Improve the quality of accessibility of care
- Understand what matters most to patients
The survey is via Survey Monkey and should only take around 5 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and Gen Pro are not collecting information about the patients' individual practice details.
