To support the New Zealand government in increasing the level of COVID-19 testing in our community, Aspiring Medical is increasing it’s capacity to test suspected COVID-19 cases.
As a designated practice, Aspiring Medical has the capacity to assess, test and manage possible COVID-19 cases while maintaining safe streams of care for all patients.
Queenstown Lakes Mayor Jim Boult gave this press release earlier this week stating “WellSouth announced on Wednesday that testing capacity in Queenstown had more than doubled following the relocation of the Community Based Assessment Centre (CBAC) testing facility to the Memorial Centre. Actions are also being coordinated by WellSouth to increase the testing capacity for the Upper Clutha community at both the Wānaka Medical and Aspiring Medical centres.”
