Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner I had a broad nursing background. My focus previously was largely in acute areas of Cardiology, ED and ICU. I also have a strong interest in managing patients with long-term conditions. I am currently enjoying the challenge of undertaking a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Pain and I look forward to using my studies to further support my patients.

I recently joined the team at Aspiring Medical, having moved with my family to Wanaka. I am passionate about becoming involved in the community I live in. I am involved in several community groups and I have also enjoyed getting involved with fundraising for the Westpac Chopper Appeal over the past 4 years. Wanaka offers the rural type of living that I grew up in in the Caitlins, which is something I want my children to experience.
